Isaac Olowolafe Jr., Entrepreneur, Angel Investor & Philanthropist
Isaac Olowolafe Jr. is an award-winning entrepreneur, angel investor and philanthropist. Isaac’s corporation, Dream Maker Inc., successfully operates multiple divisions including a brokerage, real estate development, wealth management, property management, education, private equity and insurance. In 2016, Isaac launched Dream Maker Ventures—a private equity firm that provides mentorship and capital to small and medium sized businesses. In 2017, the Dream Maker Development division celebrated the completion of its first major mixed-use development (condos, townhomes, retail) called Dream Residences at Yorkdale, located across from Yorkdale Mall, and has more than 10 other developments underway across the GTA.
Isaac received a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Toronto. He has received numerous awards and recognition, including a Harry Jerome Business Award, an Enterprise Business Award by Planet Africa, an Arbor Award from the University of Toronto, a Business Leadership Award by Leadership and Governance Canada Inc. and a Public Service Award from the Transformation Institute for Leadership & Innovation.
In addition to his membership in the Ryerson Innovation Circle, Isaac is a member of the Advisory Board for the DMZ at Ryerson.

As an international speaker, Jennifer has spoken in Canada, The U.S. and Australia. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and an MBA in International Business. Benny Bing, Artist & Entrepreneur
Benny Bing is a self-taught Toronto based artist of Nigerian descent. His passion for portraiture illuminated through the use of complimenting acrylic hues has built him a great following. His ability to capture the emotion on each of his subjects faces shines through in each piece. Bing’s cool reoccurring colour palate has built great depth in distinguishing his brand.
Benny has shown in 6 major solo shows and several group exhibitions, alongside such artists as Fucci, Sandra Chevrier and Pure Evil. He has also been shown at major art fairs in Toronto and Miami. Benny Bing has produced commissions for Dave Chappelle, The Weeknd and Milos Raonic. His works are currently housed at The Norman Rockwell Museum in Massachusetts, DuEast Condominiums, The Wyatt Condominiums, The Bartholomew Condominiums, Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment Headquarters in Toronto and can be found in private collections worldwide.
Andrew David Osborne, Filmmaker
Andrew David Osborne is a filmmaker and entrepreneur. In 2016 he started a video production company, Minifridge Media, out of his parent’s basement. Minifridge Media produces commercials, corporate and explainer videos for a variety of businesses and brands in the GTA. They have made videos for such brands as EY, Coffee Culture, Aviva and Renew Life. Minifridge Media recently handled the videography for Mayor John Tory’s re-election campaign.
Andrew has a life-long passion for filmmaking and has been making videos since he was a kid. He is the writer, director, producer and editor of all Minifridge’s videos. He started the business so that he could turn his passion into a full-time job. Minifridge Media has two part-time employees and Andrew now splits his time between his home office and a co-working space in downtown Toronto.
Dorcas Solomon, Entrepreneur
Dorcas Solomon is a Toronto based entrepreneur. Her platform, WalkofPromise, supports and equips women in their career and entrepreneurship journeys by providing start-up consultation, career coaching, and workshop series. She works full time as a program analyst at Bombardier, focusing on process management, stakeholder relations, and issue resolution.
Her career has spanned various industries including tech start-ups, financial services, and consulting. She has offered consulting services through EPICentre to student entrepreneurs to assist with marketing plan & research, implementation, operations, and lean start-up coaching.
Dorcas is a lifelong learner and enjoys being a student as much as she enjoys helping others learn. She is passionate about equity and inclusion, particularly about how unwritten rules impact gender equality and advancement in the workplace. She is also interested in showcasing a personalized approach to achieving success in all aspects of life.
